Our Return Policy

Special Orders
including cut order carpet and sheet vinyl (less than full rolls ordered from the supplier) and custom made rugs are non-returnable, non-refundable, no exceptions. All materials MUST be undamaged, in unopened packaging, in resalable condition. Certain of our suppliers have minimum amounts that they will accept (typically 5 or more cartons). All returns are subject to a minimum Thirty Five Percent (35%) restocking fee, and there will be added shipping fees to return the materials to the respective suppliers.

Do it Yourselfers
Make sure before you buy that you have properly measured your space, so you are not left with too much unused material. You should always have some material left, however, so you can make any repairs that are needed in the future. If you find that you have purchased too much Ceramic Tile (Porcelain or Non-Porcelain); Hardwood, Laminate or Luxury Vinyl Tile/Plank, you must bring it back within Ten (10) days of delivery.
